Doug Frye has been Global President and CEO of Colliers International since 2002. Doug represents Colliers International at the World Economic Forum and is the holder of the Innovator Award for Real Estate from the James A. Grasskamp Center for Real Estate. He is also frequently quoted in industry publications. In 2011, Doug founded Everyone Gives, the world.s most inclusive social giving campaign.

Prior to joining Colliers, Doug held a variety of senior positions with Grubb & Ellis Company, during his 13-year tenure with the company including Executive Officer; President of the Institutional Services Group; and Senior Vice President of the Investment Properties Division.

An industry visionary and pioneer with nearly 40 years of hands-on property management experience, Gene is the founding partner of The Continental Group, the largest residential property management company in the FirstService Residential portfolio. During his career, he has developed a wide range of ground breaking concepts and products that have come to define the property management industry - and are commonly accepted as standard operating procedure today.

In his role as FSR Chairman, Gene is responsible for leading the organization's acquisition process and collaborating on initiatives related to strategy, client relationships and business development. An involved and committed manager, he continuously seeks innovative ways to take both FSR and the property management industry to the next level, ensuring they deliver the highest standards for professionalism and customer service. As part of his commitment, Gene combines his passions for mentorship and sales by coaching and supporting his teams' ongoing efforts to develop business and achieve corporate growth.

Chuck M. Fallon is the CEO of FirstService Residential, the largest manager of residential communities in North America. He is a seasoned veteran of the customer service industry known for his leadership on client service excellence and a strong track record of driving growth for globally recognized Fortune 500 companies.

As CEO, Chuck is responsible for identifying acquisitions, recruiting key employees, conceptualizing business initiatives and directing the company's overall expansion. Drawing on his extensive background in business strategy, operations, sales, marketing and network development, Chuck maintains the pillars of superior customer service, innovation and technology to continuously build on FirstService Residential's legacy of going the extra mile every day to make a difference for each resident served.

Mr. Chase resides in Valley Forge, PA and he is the President and CEO of FirstService Brands, Inc. Prior to his role as CEO, Mr. Chase served as the President of the Consumer Franchises of The Franchise Company and prior to that he was CEO of CertaPro Group.

Throughout his 30 years with FirstService Brands he has held numerous roles, starting as a Franchise owner in 1982 at College Pro Painters. Believing that there was an opportunity to create a successful and significant full time painting company, in 1992 he became the founding President/CEO of CertaPro Painters.

Mr. Chase has a B.A. Honors in Economics from Queen's University, Ontario, Canada.

Dale is a founding partner of Field Assets Services LLC., one of the nation's largest providers of field preservation services to the mortgage default industry. With more than 37 years of experience in the real estate services and mortgage default industry, Dale has focused his career on improving services to clients with respect to foreclosures, collections and REO administration. Dale's mantra is the elimination of subjectivity in this niche while maintaining a legacy of caring for all the people involved. As testament to this focus, Dale has received many awards and accolades over the years, including being selected to join the FNMA Vendor Advisory Board and the DSN Editorial Advisory Board.

Dale started his career in real estate services more than 37 years ago and has worked at several major mortgage lenders and service providers, including Ryan Mortgage Co., Lomas Mortgage, USA, Mellon Mortgage West and CALMCO, Inc. Dale has been a real estate broker since 1992 and has now served as CEO of FAS for 13 years. He was the first customer of the company for six years prior to coming on board. Field Asset Services leadership is unique in that the company has always evolved from the mortgagee's as well as the real estate agent's perspective.
