Doug Frye was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for FSREA in 2008. He is also President and CEO of Colliers Macaulay Nicolls, Inc. (CMN), the largest member firm of Colliers International, a position he has held since 2002. Additionally, Mr. Frye holds leadership positions as Chairman of the Colliers International Governing Committee (CIGC), which oversees the operations of Colliers International on a global scale.

Prior to joining Colliers, Doug held a variety of senior positions with Grubb & Ellis Company, during his 13-year tenure with the company including Executive Officer; President of the Institutional Services Group; and Senior Vice President of the Investment Properties Division.

Gene is a founding partner of The Continental Group, the largest residential property management company in the FirstService Residential Management portfolio. With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in property management, many of the concepts Gene developed are being utilized throughout the property management industry today. An industry visionary, Gene is always looking at innovative ways to further professionalize and take the industry to the next level.

Gene's FirstService Residential Management responsibilities include identifying key acquisitions, key employee recruitment, growth and new initiatives and the overall vision and strategic direction of FirstService Residential Management.

Steve Rogers has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Franchise Company Inc., a Subsidiary of the Corporation since 1992. As President and Chief Executive Officer, system wide sales have grown from $29 million in 1992 to over $1.2 billion in 2008. The number of franchisees in The Franchise Company currently exceeds 1,800 units.

Steve was previously President of College Pro Painters Ltd., a subsidiary of The Franchise Company.

Steve is currently a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and has previously served on the Board of Directors of the International Franchise Association (IFA).
