Doug Frye was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for FSREA in 2008. He is also President and CEO of Colliers International, a position he has held since 2002. Additionally, Mr. Frye holds leadership positions as Chairman of the Colliers International Governing Committee (CIGC), which oversees the operations of Colliers International on a global scale.

Prior to joining Colliers, Doug held a variety of senior positions with Grubb & Ellis Company, during his 13-year tenure with the company including Executive Officer; President of the Institutional Services Group; and Senior Vice President of the Investment Properties Division.

Charlie was appointed CEO of FS Brands in 2010. Prior to his role as CEO, he was CEO of CertaPro Group. Throughout his 29 years with FirstService he has held numerous roles, starting as a franchise owner in 1982 at College Pro Painters, a FirstService subsidiary. Believing that there was an opportunity to create a successful and significant full time painting company, in 1992 he became the founding President/CEO of CertaPro Painters which he built to be the leading franchise systems for full time painting.

Mr. Chase has a B.A. Honors in Economics from Queens University, Ontario, Canada.

Dale is a founding partner of Field Assets Services Inc., one of the largest providers of field preservation services to the mortgage default industry. With more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage and default industry, Dale has focused his career on improving services to clients with respect to foreclosures, collections and REO administration. As testament to this focus, Dale has received many awards and accolades over the years, including being selected to join the FNMA Vendor Advisory Board and the DSN Editorial Advisory Board.

Dale started his career in Loss Mitigation more than 33 years ago and has worked at several major mortgage lenders and service providers, including Ryan Mortgage Co., Lomas Mortgage, USA, Mellon Mortgage West and CALMCO, Inc.
