The recently completed acquisition of FirstService Williams established FirstService in the world's largest commercial real estate market and opens an important gateway for further expansion of our diversified portfolio of real estate and property services.
In June we appointed
Dylan Taylor
as President of our rapidly growing US commercial real estate operations. Dylan's initial focus will be to grow our corporate services offering across the US, as well as increase the capabilities and impact of our commercial property management platform.
In Latin America, FirstService REA owns and operates the
Colliers International brand in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and
Peru, where it is one of the top three players in each market.
Over the last 12 months, FirstService annualized revenues in the Americas totaled more than $450 million.
