FirstService Residential Management is the largest manager of residential communities in North America.
With 45 offices in 18 US states, FirstService oversees
more than 3,700 private residential communities, including
exclusive, high-profile gated communities; low-, mid-, and
high-rise condominiums and co-operatives; large-scale
master-planned, lifestyle and active adult communities;
condo hotels and mixed-use properties. This division also
includes the operations of American Pool Enterprises, which
is the largest commercial swimming pool and recreational
facility management operation in North America.

Americans lived in a community association in 2008 and
the estimated real estate value of all homes in community
associations, comprised of more than 24 million units,
exceeded $5 trillion, and represented approximately 20%
of the residential real estate values in the United States.
FirstService administers client annual operating budgets
of more than $5 billion, overseeing the day-to-day operations
and management of more than one million residences and
the living environments of more than three million people
who call our clients' communities their home. Services
include traditional management services; on-site staffing
and property services; developer consulting; rental
management and leasing; and specialty financial products.
