    FirstService Residential is North America's largest manager of residential communities. It manages more than 7,000 properties representing more than 1.6 million residential units and administers annual client expenditures of $7 billion annually. In addition to its core property management services, FirstService Residential provides its clients with other complementary services primarily in the following areas: (i) on-site staffing, including building engineering and maintenance, full-service amenity management, security, concierge and front desk personnel, and landscaping; (ii) unique banking and insurance products; and (iii) energy conservation and management solutions. FirstService Residential's goal is to enhance the value of every property and the lifestyle of every resident in the communities it manages. American Leisure, a recognized leader in urban residential lifestyle management providing services in the areas of fitness, recreation, spa, concierge and event planning, managing more than 70 lifestyle amenity facilities with a significant presence in New York City, as well as Florida and California; and
    3. Planned Companies, a leading provider of facility maintenance, concierge/front desk and security services to over 400 residential, corporate, commercial and retail properties in seven states in the northeast U.S.
